As part of GDPR compliance we conducted a full review of our Data Protection, Information Security and Website Privacy policies in April 2018 and updated them accordingly.

We will take the minimum amount of data necessary to enable us to deliver the service to our service users.

All our Data are held in UK servers unless otherwise required by customers. We seek assurances from customers that GDPR has been considered in their use case.

From time to time Hao2.eu Ltd works in close partnership with Autus, the Hao2eu Foundation to provide programmes using the 3D platforms. The two organisations have a Data Sharing Agreement and will need to share your information for the purposes of effectively delivering the service to you to a high quality standard and ensuring that there is infrastructure to support your platform usage. In the event of a data breach, we will notify the Information Commissioner and our service users of the breach and any risk within 72 hours.
